On jumping away FIDDLES knuckled.

Near the 100 metres UPTON shifted out to obtain a clear run and in so doing inconvenienced A TASTE OF HONEY slightly.

RACE TWO MAIDEN S/W – 16OO M

On jumping away FETTLE, which was slow to begin, shifted in and bumped the hindquarters of MILESTONES and became unbalanced.

Rounding the first turn FETTLE, which was overacing, had a tendency to lay out and had to be eased.

Racing down the back straight FLASH LIGHTNING and ESSEDARIUS bumped on several occasions.

RACE THREE CLASS D HCP – 1OOO M

When the gates opened MY WOODIE bounded.

On jumping away ANOTHER CREW shifted out and bumped ALTO EGO.

Approaching the turn at the 650 metres STUN GUN had as tendency to get in away from STRATEGIC HIT which was racing tight on it’s inside and as a result got in onto NEAREST THE PIN and bumped with that gelding for some distance.

Near the 650 metres CLASSIC COVER, which was improving had to be checked off the heels of NEAREST THE PIN.

The clubs veterinary surgeon inspected CLASSIC COVER subsequent to the event and reported that the gelding had lacerations to the near hind leg and was mildly lame.
