JARNEE reared as start effected. BEST IMAGE was slow to begin. Subsequent to the race Stewards ordered the following alterations to betting. All monies wagered on LITIGIOUS to be refunded and deductions of 62 cents for the win and 40 cents for the place on all successful wagers.
