Lindop Suspended

Leading South Australian jockey Clare Lindop has been suspended twice from the same race at Morphettville Parks on Wednesday.
Lindop pleaded to two charges of careless riding aboard Taken The Road after the Brodie Petherick-ridden Montana Sagrada was interfered with twice in the early section of the straight in the final race.
She was suspended for three and four meetings for each indiscretion with both suspensions to be served concurrently.
The suspension started today and will conclude after next Thursday, meaning Lindop will be able to ride at Moonee Valley for the Manikato Stakes meeting on September 24.
