TRSA New Directors

Three new Directors have been nominated to the Board of Thoroughbred Racing SA (TRSA) following today’s meeting of the Directors’ Selection Panel.
The three Directors selected were:
- David Cross
- Brian Foster
- Ken Smith
The Directors’ Selection Panel comprises John Glatz (Chairman, SARCC), David Peacock (Chairman, SAJC) and Mark Hender.
Messrs Cross, Foster and Smith replace outgoing Directors Andrew Killey and Philip Bentley (Chairman). Former Deputy Chairman Greg Boulton stood down from the Board in May due to work commitments.
“Today’s decision was reached by the Directors’ Selection Panel based on a majority of votes cast,” said Nick Redin, Thoroughbred Racing SA Company Secretary.
“These nominated Directors will now go through an approval process conducted by the Independent Gambling Authority (IGA). Once IGA clearance has been achieved, the new Directors will take their place on the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 18th October.”
