Clinton Massey, rider of "Touch of Heart", was found guilty of a charge of careless riding, the careless riding being that he permitted his mount to shift in near the 100 metres when not sufficiently clear of "Let's Romance", resulting in that mare having to be checked. Clinton Massey was suspended from riding in races for a period to commence at midnight on Tuesday, 6th August, and to expire at midnight on Sunday, 25th August, 2002.
