Turnbull Stakes Day Pictorial

Many of the country's best horses went around at the Turnbull Stakes meeting at Flemington on Saturday.

Champion Northerly took the all aged feature, while the outsider Coupe upstaged her more fancied rivals to win the Edward Manifold Stakes.

Other impressive stakes winners included Hydrometer and Cosmic Strike.
