Evans Suspended For Three Months

Jockey Jason Evans will miss the rest of the jumps season after being suspended for three months by the Racing Appeals And Disciplinary Board on Wednesday.
Evans had been charged by Racing Victoria stewards over his refusal to attend a stewards' inquiry on June 28 when requested to do so by the stewards.
Evans, who pleaded not guilty, can return to riding on Thursday, October 21.
