Owned by Waikato Stud’s Garry Chittick the four-year-mare won two Group 2 races in her career. In the spring of 2001 she won the Group 2, Edward Manifold Stakes at Flemington and followed up in the autumn with the Group 2, Queen Of The Turf Stakes at Rosehill.

Ugachaka (NZ) (ex Bolshoi Star by Three Legs) was trained by Lee Freedman for 18 starts, five wins and two places with stakes of $A340,030.

Chittick said today that Ugachaka will be mated with Cambridge Stud's champion sire Zabeel following her return to New Zealand on Friday.
